How Rightly works

Quick answers about credits, complaint toolkits and safely reviewing the words Rightly creates.

How do credits work?

A new account receives two welcome credits. One credit is used when Rightly successfully generates a complaint toolkit.

What is included in a complaint toolkit?

Each toolkit includes an email subject, a formal complaint email, a short live-chat message, a firmer follow-up, a relevant evidence checklist, a missing-information checklist and a review reminder.

What happens if generation fails?

If a credit is reserved but Rightly cannot complete the generation, that credit is refunded automatically. You can then try again.

How does the country setting work?

Your selected country controls the draft's language and date style. Rightly does not automatically add local laws, rights, regulators or legal claims.

How does the currency setting work?

Currency is selected separately from country. Rightly uses the currency you choose and does not infer it from your location.

How should I review and send a draft?

Check every fact, date, amount, reference, recipient and requested outcome. Remove unnecessary sensitive information, edit anything that does not sound right, then copy the draft into your own email or support chat and send it yourself.
